Gran Turismo Sport held a closed beta, which ended this week, and today, Kazunori Yamauchi took some time to speak about the release date as well as the game over on the PlayStation Blog.
Yamauchi took the time to thank the fans and those who participated in the beta, and we even got a firm release date! Speaking about Gran Turismo Sport, he wanted to ensure that the experience they are creating is “unprecedented,” in terms of graphics, sound, and physics.
In addition to the standard retail release, you can select from two other options when the game launches on October 17th:
