If October’s upcoming release wasn’t already packed, Ghostrunner 2 is throwing its hat into the month as publisher, 505 Games and developer, One More Level has announced that its upcoming Ghostrunner sequel will launch on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG), PS5, and Xbox Series X|S on October 26th.
The news isn’t too surprising as Ghostrunner 2 was already slated for this fall and the game’s beta sign-ups announced earlier this month hinted that the developer is ready to show off their game this year. It was only a matter of time before we learned the date but just a bit earlier than expected with Geoff Keighley’s Opening Nigh Live presentation at Gamescom kicking off tomorrow, A tweet from 505 Games hints that the move was in response to a leak that also showed off another action-packed trailer of Ghostrunner 2.
Ghostrunner 2 is set to launch with three separate editions including Standard, Deluxe, and Burtual – the latter of which comes with a deluxe pack of kinds plus the game’s season pass and two days early access before the game’s official release. As for what comes in the Ghostrunner 2 season pass, players will have access to a new game mode and four cosmetic packs – each one will contain three sword and hand skins plus one additional skin for the game’s motorcycle.
