IllFonic has been working on new content for last year’s Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed and today you’ll be able to get your phantasmic mitts on all the new items the team has been working on.
A new map called The Facility is coming today and is set in a condemned property purchased by an investor group. With plans to renovate the building, the Ghostbusters are called to capture Glutton, a new Ghost-type with two variants including Muncher. For those who watched last year’s Ghostbusters: Afterlife, Muncher will be familiar to you as he caused trouble for the new generation.
There will be new customization options including the Belt Gizmo and Disruptor Pylon, along with improvements to AI behaviour and multiplayer matchmaking.
In our review, we called Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed both a faithful and polished multiplayer game but needed more maps to keep players invested.
