In a few shorts months, you’ll be able to answer the call and join the Ghostbusters as their newest recruit.
Launching on October 4, 2019, for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC, and Nintendo Switch, the remaster is looking good and I can’t wait to get my Proton Pack and Ghost Trap together and dive back in. It’s a shame we never got another game because ten years ago this game consumed my summer.

IGN has a brief gameplay clip of a boss battle against the Stay Puft Marshmellow Man and it’s looking better than ever! Only a few more months to go!
As the new rookie on the Ghostbusters crew, you’ll team up with your favourite characters from the films, reunited by the voices of Aykroyd, Ramis, Bill Murray, and Ernie Hudson as Stantz, Spengler, Venkman and Zeddemore, alongside Annie Potts, Brian Doyle-Murray, William Atherton, and Max von Sydow,” the official press release says. “Manhattan is overrun once more by ghosts, demons, and other paranormal creatures unleashed by a mysterious force, and only the Ghostbusters can drive this evil back to whatever dimension it crawled from and save the Big Apple.”
