This month’s Apple Arcade launches are all about new, with the spotlight on a collection of new developers and four new games to the massive mobile catalogue.
HumaNature Studios brings the colour and joy of a Japanese matsuri festival to apple devices with a cause for paws in Kimono Cats.
This original social game includes a number of takes on traditional festival games and events that blend skill, creativity, friendly social gifting and competition.
Coins that you earn through events can be used to purchase houses, shops and decorative objects to design and build unique villages. Players can also visit other players’ villages to leave gifts, messages, and stamps in their guest books.
Canada’s Hemisphere Games brings Osmos+. The goal is to move and grow, but you’ve got to do it fast because the more you move, the more you lose. The original is an addictive award-winner and stunner.
Marmalade Game Studio tries its hand at some murder magic in the Apple Arcade with Clue: Hasbro’s Mystery Game+. There are six suspects, six weapons, and nine rooms, but only one answer. Roll the dice, start your investigation, and test your detective skills. There are some big questions to answer. Whodunit? With what weapon? Where? Race your friends and family to the truth.
505 Games rounds out the month with Human: Fall Flat+. The award-winning, hilariously light-hearted physics platformer comes to Apple Arcade with 21 levels, including the recently launched Red Rock and Tower.
Throughout the month, you can also play exciting new updates for hit games in the catalogue, with new Japanese spring festival (Matsuri) themed recipes and customization options in Cooking Mama: Cuisine!; a roster update and addition of 10 new Greatest Players in NBA 2K23 Arcade Edition; even more new Story Levels (Nixie Sectors 1-5) in Jetpack Joyride 2; and a new single player “Legend” difficulty level in Warped Kart Racers.
Other games getting great new content this month include Dead Cells+, Football Manager 2023 Touch, Mini Motorways, Temple Run: Puzzle Adventure, Castle Crumble, LEGO Star Wars: Castaways, and more.
