Last week’s reveal Aftermath, the story-driven downloadable content coming to Mortal Kombat 11, I was curious to learn how Robocop played in the game.
Thanks to a rather informative video released today, I now know how exciting and gruesome playing as Alex Murphy is. The paid expansion is coming May 26 and offers not only story content but also three new characters and three classic skins. There are even new levels that I’m eager to test out including classics like The Dead Pool and The Soul Chamber – each with their own iconic stage fatalities.
Oh, and PlayStation revealed this new skin for Robocop:
Behold the MK3 Cyber Ninja RoboCop skin, coming to MK11: Aftermath.

I’m excited for Mortal Kombat: Aftermath but the steep price tag has me second-guessing purchasing the DLC as a standalone. It’s priced at $40 USD but I’m still not sure how much content we’re getting for that price. Either way, the content we’ve seen so far is excellent but if you can wait, tackling that backlog may be a good idea.
