Final Fantasy IX will be releasing on PC later this month, and just like the Final Fantasy VII remaster we received earlier, will come loaded with cheats and game boosters.
Now, according to the Steam page for Final Fantasy IX, there will be the option to turn off all encounters! Having played the original back on PlayStation, the game has a high encounter rate that caused some minor annoyances, but, Square looks to be giving us the most welcome choice to nix the encounter rate entirely!
These game boosters will help those who will attempt to speed run, or, those who don’t have the time to sit down and play like they used to.
Final Fantasy IX will be available later this month on PC.
