FINAL FANTASY 7 REBIRTH

Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Launches Early 2024

To close out Summer Game Fest, Square Enix revealed a new look at Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, which is now confirmed to launch in Early 2024 on two discs.

We’re left wondering what sections Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth will cover, but we see Cosmo Canyon, a tease of Junon, a Chocobo farm, and the party talking in Kalm. Given the circumstances and fallout of Final Fantasy 7 Remake, we’re left to speculate on what to expect because things are now up in the air for the party.

The trailer shows the party learn more about the Lifestream; we also get a look at Elena, the newest Turk, and a fresh look at the combat system, which has added Synergy attacks between the entire party.

On the Square Enix Blog, producer Yoshinori Kitase provided a message to the fans:

We’re honoured to bring players around the world early next year the next installment of this thrilling tale, Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth.

The party will embark on a new adventure, so players can enjoy this story even without any familiarity with the previous title or the original Final Fantasy 7 . The vast and explorable world along with the newly evolved speedy battles are sure to provide a most exciting gaming experience to new adventurers.

We would, of course, like to invite returning players and longtime fans to watch our new trailer closely for glimpses of pivotal story moments that Cloud and his friends will confront.
