Square Enix will launch Final Fantasy 7: Ever Crisis for mobile devices on September 7. Applibot develops the retelling of events in the Final Fantasy 7 saga.
Over one million users have pre-registered for Final Fantasy 7: Ever Crisis across iOS and Android, Square Enix confirmed, which unlocked rewards for everyone diving in next month.
To commemorate the launch date and pre-registration goals, Square Enix will gift all players a 5-Star Weapon Draw Ticket in addition to the previous goals. Blue Crystals, Draw Tickets, and the Zweihander weapon will be available for all players.
Square Enix says that upon reaching milestones of 1.2 million and 1.5 million pre-registrations, previous rewards ranging from the 70K to 700K milestones will be doubled, granting players up to 3,000 Blue Crystals, 30 Draw Tickets and 2 Jumpstart Item Sets at the start of global service.
As the ultimate compilation of everything Final Fantasy 7, Ever Crisis retells the entire story in a new way. It is a chapter-based experience that covers the earliest moments of the saga up until Advent Children with new story elements Final Fantasy7: Remake story and scenario writer Kazushige Nojima surrounding a young Sephiroth.
