Epic To Shutdown Paragon In April

Epic’s other game, Fortnite, has overshadowed Paragon so much so, that the studio has decided they will shut down Paragon in April.

Citing a lack of a “clear path,” to grow Paragon io a sustainable MOBA title, Epic will forego closing the game and will shut down servers on April 26, and as the population decreases so will the matchmaking times and quality.

I’m not at all surprised by this, I tried Paragon on PlayStation 4 and found myself quickly uninstalling the game due to sheer boredom and how little interest I had after spending a few hours with it.

Others would say that Paragon was doing well, but, this decision leaves me to believe that it was in fact, not the case.

If you were one of those players who spent money, regardless of what platform, you can request a refund directly from the studio instead through the preferred platform.

“We truly appreciate everything you’ve put into Paragon. We received many passionate ideas for where to take the game; the outpouring of thoughtful suggestions is another testament to this incredible community.”
