Elden Ring Has Massive Staying Power on YouTube

From Software's latest game is the biggest game on YouTube

Within the first 60 days of launch, Elden Ring amassed a whopping 3.4 billion views on YouTube, becoming the biggest game launch of all time.

The news comes from YouTube Gaming on Twitter, making even the massive 13.4 million units sold an even more astounding feat for From Software. YouTube’s dedicated gaming account details how Elden Ring compares to other big games including GTA V, Red Dead Redemption 2, Super Mario Odyssey, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.

The closest comparison is of course GTA V, from Rockstar Games which garnered 1.9 billion views on YouTube.

A lot of the content on YouTube relating to Elden Ring has been critical for a lot of players to help them maneuver the many obstacles the game throws at them. I know that over the years, I have had to resort to a few guides to find specific pieces of gear and hidden paths so I appreciate the work a lot of the content creators put out to help all sorts of players.
