EA has confirmed that they will be hosting a digital event this year and it will be held on June 11, 2020.

EA Play Live 2020 returns this year as a digital event, where previously the event was held adjacent to E3 (literally across the street in Los Angeles) but due to the pandemic we are facing, it is now set as an all-digital event. That all happens on EA‘s website and begins at 7:00 PM EDT.
It is likely we’ll see the annual releases of FIFA, NHL, Madden as well as a few new world premiere trailers for new games. Last year focused on Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Apex Legends, Need for Speed Heat and sports titles. This year is still up in the air in terms of releases as the company has shifted towards annual releases instead of original content.
