Dyson Launches Its Biggest And Quietest Purifier In Canada

By now, a lot of us are back in the office on a daily or bi-daily basis, and before we know it, the kids will be back in the classroom, so it seems like the perfect time for Dyson to launch their new Dyson Purifier Big+Quiet Formaldehyde.

I got to see and hear this device operating in a Downtown Toronto penthouse in May. I should have recorded what it sounds like because it’s the slightest of whistles you’ve ever heard a constantly ruining air purifier make.

The Dyson Purifier Big+Quiet Formaldehyde will work sufficiently in larger open-concept homes and condos like the one I was in. Still, a couple of Dyson engineers on hand that day told me that the device maximizes upon the lab’s thirty years in air filtration to accommodate larger spaces and more significant numbers of humans in an environment.

They told me to think of offices, businesses and schools that require more air filtration and circulation and may currently have outdated systems.

This time, The big switch is the tri-filter system uniquely designed to remove almost all particulate matter in your air.

The HEPA H13 particle filter traps up to 99.95% of ultrafine particles and keeps doing so for up to five years.

Secondly, the new K-Carbon filter removes gas pollutants and three times more NO2.

Finally, your easy-to-clean Selective Catalytic Oxidation filter destroys formaldehyde permanently.

It all comes in an attractive rose gold finish, proving we didn’t leave it in 2013.

For those who want to go beyond smelling the difference in air quality and instead see it, sensors constantly monitor the indoor air quality, sending live data to the MyDyson app — telling you when it’s time to operate the device and when cleaning is required.

Today, the Dyson Purifier Big+Quiet Formaldehyde will be available in Canada for $1,399.99 at Dyson Canada.
