Modus Games and Secret Base plan to improve your summer as Double Dragon Gaiden: Rise of the Dragons launches in July.
Right in the middle of summer means you can tag-team with a buddy while on the beach, in the park, or at home. The familiar gameplay of Double Dragon previously offered is now mixed with roguelite elements to create something classic but replayable at the same time.
The series also happened in 199x and featured a world ravaged by nuclear war. We’ll see returning heroes and new, adjustable difficulty, permadeath and infinite modes. Rise of the Dragons features a local co-op with an online co-op planned for later this year.
Double Dragon Gaiden: Rise of the Dragons launches on Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series, Xbox One, PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.
