While it was announced last year that Doom Eternal would receive a handful of upgrades on next-gen it wasn’t really detailed what that entailed. Today, we get our first look at what’s being offered to owners of the game on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

All of this is wonderful to see as someone who’s been waiting to dive back in to check out all the downloadable content I missed out on over the last several months. This is a free update to owners of the game and those who own it on Xbox can use Smart Delivery and dive in, PlayStation 5 owners will need to download the upgrade from the store to begin.
