I didn’t even realize this was a real game until the press release came through my mailbox. My first impression is that is a cute, turn-based mobile game that utilizes iconic Final Fantasy characters on your iOS or Android device.
Opera Omnia released last year in Japan and has you collecting and using these heroes to save the world by engaging equally iconic villains of the series. With a three character party system, you can choose to be either a hero and villain and use them in your party.
Dissidia Final Fantasy: Opera Omnia will launch as a free-to-play title, and honestly, I’m impressed with Square has brought to mobile devices.
