Bandai Namco has revealed that due to the ongoing pandemic, the upcoming strategy RPG has been in development for some time now and the virus has exasperated development as developers work from home now.
In a Twitter post and through a press release, Kazumasa Habu, a Producer on DigimonSurvive, apologized for the delay and thanked fans for their patience. Habu also promised more news would arrive in Spring 2021, so please look forward to hearing more in a few months!
It feels like yesterday we heard that this game would be delayed in 2020 and today confirms that this has been the longest year of, well, ever. 2020 continues to stomp on everything.
