We’re weeks away from seeing Bungie‘s biggest expansion launch for Destiny 2. To help bring players up to speed and get everyone caught up on where the series is heading, the studio has launched a brand new video documentary for The Witch Queen.
I’m impressed how detailed the video below is and it features several Bungie developers talking about where the game’s long-running story will end up. Meeting Savathûn, weapon crafting and the introduction of glaives, reworking the Void subclass and how Solar and Arc classes will work — the nearly 15-minute video has a lot of ground to cover and if you’re looking at returning to play Destiny 2, this is something you need to watch.
I haven’t been the most active player in recent months but I’m looking forward to seeing how this expansion will change the series going forward. The video also gives us our first look at how weapon crafting works and confirms that the next season will be the Season of the Risen.
