A much longer look is coming later today for the upcoming game from Kojima Productions, Death Stranding, and according to Kojima himself, if for those who trust him, not to watch the lengthy demo. The latest look at the ever-confusing but the equally mysterious project that Kojima and PlayStation have been working together on for years now is finally close to release date. I’m going against the grain here and not only watching the demo but trusting in the director.
DS is a totally new game and I’ve revealed many info(hint) so as a game creator I’d like you to play without any info and enjoy the surprise by discovering yourself. But since many people say they don’t know what’s the game is about, I decided to introduce the basic gameplay. pic.twitter.com/txoJeHS9QG

Speaking about the briefing trailer, which is stunning in 4K, we see First Lady Amelie (Lindsay Wagner) and Sam Porter Bridges (Norman Reedus) interacting in the White House, where her physical body is a prisoner in Edge Knot City. With Sam’s help, and through Die-Hardman (Tommie Earl Jenkins) assisting with his operation BRIDGES, Sam must reconnect the country.
TGS now started. I’ll see you guys at the stage! Here’s new image of DEATH STRANDING by Pablo Uchida, the genius painter whom I even feel jealous of his talent. Title design by Kyle Cooper. We have a strong strand by respecting each other. 👍🌈🦀 pic.twitter.com/gGyBhWSv5S

I like the direction behind the scene while so many questions linger in the lead up to November, we’re getting closer to learning what this strange journey. Judging from the coldness Sam shows towards the President and Die-Hardman means we’ll learn what caused the conflict between them.
Death Stranding will be released on November 8 for PlayStation 4.
