Spotted by Twitter user SierraI07, Dead Space’s YouTube channel has gotten a tiny update, the first in almost a decade. If this is any indication of those rumours about EA Play Live’s event next month re-introducing Dead Space, this is a good place to speculate about it.
While the change isn’t exactly exciting, moving from a thumbnail of 2013’s Dead Space 3 to a more generic-looking thumbnail of Issac Clarke(?), it’s nothing more than fuel to the fire but it could mean something more. Jeff Grubb has mentioned this during a recent live stream, and it is heavily rumoured that EA’s Motive Studio is developing the “re-imagining” of Dead Space. This news was corroborated by Gematsu, confirming the new direction for the series.
