Over the weekend, Netflix, CD Projekt Red, and Trigger shared a new look at Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2.
With an entirely new cast, Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 is a 10-episode follow-up that once again has viewers visiting Night City. This time, the cast stars another rag-tag group of Egderunners, including:
- Weak Kingsley – “Once known as ‘King,’ a veteran Edgerunner who now lives in the shadow of his former glory.”
- D – “A Snake Nation netrunner who hunts the killer that wiped out his clan.”
- Roman Carax – “A young cinephile in search of real stories in a city that abandoned cinema for braindances. Obsessed with documenting the truth and following the lives of other people.”
- Talia Yang – “She hails from the corpo towers… but her heart belongs to chrome and violence.”
“Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 presents a new standalone 10-episode story from the world of Cyberpunk 2077— a raw chronicle of redemption and revenge,” a video for Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2 said. “In a city that thrives in the spotlight of violence, one question remains: when the world is blinded by spectacle, what extremes do you have to go to make your story matter?”
The follow-up series is set to launch this Fall 2026.
