Nintendo held a brief Nindies Showcase today, lasting around 30 minutes. The video focused on Spring 2019 and what Nintendo has in store over the next few months. The big news is that the once exclusive Cuphead is coming to Nintendo Switch next month!
Talk about an announcement for Nintendo to reveal! The now multiplatform title launches on April 18, 2019, with a price point of roughly $27 CAD. While there is no additional content, or exclusive Nintendo goodies coming, every version gets content on that day, including new cutscenes, new artwork, and Mugman.
I only dabbled with Cuphead because I never owned the game and would only play it when I was with friends. On the Nintendo Switch, this is the perfect opportunity to get into the craze, even though I’m two years overdue.
