We’re starting off April strong with Xbox Game Pass offerings from Microsoft. It’s easily the best value for gamers with the number of games being added to the service often and this month shows another stellar showing for content.
Megan Spurr, the Community Manager for Xbox Game Pass and spoke today during Inside Xbox to introduce some new titles coming to the service, including NieR: Automata Became As Gods Edition which launched on the service on April 2, and Totally Reliable Delivery Service, which asks you and up to three friends to deliver packages in a physic-based open world!
Coming this week is Alvastia Chronicles from Kemco RPG. Two siblings Alan and Elmia start their journey to avenge their parents’ deaths as they fight to stem the tide of monsters flooding into the world and restore peace to Alvastia. It’s also coming to Xbox Game Pass for PC.
Journey to the Savage Planet, which we reviewed (and adored) is also coming to Xbox Game Pass! In this upbeat and colourful first-person adventure game you play as the newest recruit to Kindred Aerospace, which proudly touts its rating as the 4th Best Interstellar Exploration Company. Dropped onto an uncharted planet with little equipment and no real plan, you must explore, catalogue alien flora and fauna and determine if this planet is fit for human habitation.
On Xbox Game Pass for PC, Overcooked! 2 was recently added to the service, where you’ll assemble a team of chefs in classic couch co-op or online play for up to four players.
Football Manager 2020 joins shortly with new features and mechanics that reward long-term planning and progression, empower managers to develop both your club’s culture and your youth team’s prospects, as well as your own unique managerial identity.
