Netflix has announced as part of Geeked Week the follow-up Castlevania series: Nocturne.
The show stars Richter Belmont, a descendent of Trevor and Sypha of the original Castlevania series that debuted back in 2017.

Powerhouse Animation returns with the sequel series set years after the fourth season. Other than the teaser trailer shown above, Netflix had nothing else to share. For fans of the series, Richter Belmont has been around for years beginning with Castlevania: Rondo of the Blood and Symphony of the Night.
The follow-up series takes place during the French Revolution and sees the young Belmont on a quest to stop Dracula who has returned once again. To save Annette, he must storm Dracula’s castle where he happens to meet Maria Renard, a mage with powerful abilities.
