Bloodborne Patch Arriving Later This Month, Detailed


On the PlayStation Blog, Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Studio producer Masaaki Yamagiwa has announced that a patch is going to be released later this month. The patch aims to “reduce certain load times in addition to performance optimizations. The patch also resolves an issue that resulted in abnormal game behavior after many continuous hours of play. Additional fixes will be included as well.”

In case you missed it, a way to simplify boss battles was discovered by allowing your system to stay on for 12 hours continuously. This allows for a memory leak and creates a very different encounter when facing bosses in Bloodborne. This is looking to be patched later this month it seems. The patch will be 1.03.
