Blizzard’s Pride Merch Donates Proceeds To Transgender Equality

Net proceeds from the sales from May 16th to June 30th

Pride Month is in two weeks, but Blizzard Entertainment fans can visit their website today to check out some new Pride merch.

The company says that in collaboration with Blizzard LGBT+ Employee Network, “the Pride Collection features a range of Pride-themed apparel with Blizzard’s net proceeds from the sales from May 16 through June 30, 2022. Proceeds will be donated to the National Center for Transgender Equality. NCTE advocates changing policies and society to increase understanding and acceptance of transgender people.”

Most Blizzard fans should be able to find an item they like on the Pride merch page, with games like Overwatch, Warcraft, and Diablo being front and centre. There are sandals, hoodies, t-shirts, and a Pride-Blizzard logo beach towel.
Some of the items are very similar to ones seen in years past, but it’s no question that the net proceeds are going to an important place with the US’s NCTE.
