The studio that brought us one of the most popular online games in recent years, is expanding to a second U.K. office. Canadian developers Behaviour Interactive, creators of Dead By Daylight and Meet Your Maker announced they’ll set up shop in Truro, Cornwall, in South West United Kingdom.
The studio says Behaviour U.K. South will be comprised mostly of former employees of AntiMatter Games. This is a developer that was about to close up shop. They’re probably best known for first-person shooter games and their work on creating The Killing Floor 1 and 2.
The first studio across the pond for Behaviour Studios came through an acquisition of SockMonkey Studios, which is now called Behaviour U.K. North. Originally based in Montreal, the studio has expanded to multiple offices with acquisitions like this and new Canadian based locations.
The studio has not revealed exactly what project or projects the new U.K. South studio will be handling. Dead by Daylight remains a very popular title across a few platforms and has nabbed some big name brands and acting talent over the last several years. Most recently, Nicolas Cage was revealed to be a new survivor in the game.
