Electronic Arts and DICE revealed that the long-awaited battle royale mode, Firestorm is out this month.
While an introduction video leaked last week, the official video introduces Battlefield’s take on the current battle royale craze. I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about the new multiplayer mode but my interest is piqued. After Apex Legends, it’s going to take a lot to pull me away from that game. Still, as it looks the gameplay features signature Battlefield gameplay and the ability to use vehicles is a good draw for me.
Whatever happens, and whether Firestorm picks up, it’s coming this month as the new mode goes live on March 25 on all platforms.
