Battlefield 1 – Apocalypse Expansion Ends Season Pass Content Today

Premium Pass owners can start early with Apocalypse – included in this content drop is three new ground maps, one of Belgium in Passchendaele, another in the mountain trenches near the Isonzo River, and the final spot putting you in the wheat fields of River Somme.

Air Assault sees players outmaneuver enemies in all new maps including Razor’s Edge and London Calling. There are also new melee weapons and gadgets including a “brutal meat cleaver,” and AA rocket gun, two new bombers, and six unique guns. To finish off the expansion pass is also new assignments, unlocks, and new specialization type afflictions.

I’m tempted to purchase Battlefield 1 as it is currently on sale, same with the Season Pass, but with such a massive backlog of titles to complete before anything, it’s hard to take the dive. From what I played, this is a solid shooter that’s still got a ton of life to it, if you’re interested, you can check your platform’s store for deals.

Read more about the DLC here. Those who don’t own the Season Pass will be able to play this content in two weeks.
