The stylized 2D action RPG Astra: Knights of Veda has dropped a new gameplay trailer with news that it will also be heading to Steam Next Fest in October.
A select few players could get their hands on the game at Gamescom, but the creators say even that was only a tiny piece of the upcoming demo, “the Steam Next Fest demo is the actual gameplay build with much more content added… The biggest addition to this demo is the new ‘Arena Mode’ where players can clash with other players in either 1v1, 2v2, or 3v3 battles.”
The dark fantasy RPG promises a rich story and immersive universe with over 200 cutscenes and an estimated 1,800 unique illustrations that will be brought to life.
Regarding gameplay, “Confront gargantuan beasts and relentless undead adversaries through a fully manual, 2D combat system that promises excitement and challenge.”
Astra: Knights of Veda will not only be available on Steam from October 6th to 13th but also for Android users. On top of that, players can also utilize crossplay features.
Astra: Knights of Veda is set to launch on PC, iOS, and Android devices towards the end of this year.
