Assassin’s Creed franchise hits 73 million sold

The Facts & Figures page on Ubisoft’s website states that the current workforce weighs in at 9,200 employees – wherein 7200 are dedicated to production. Ubisoft is also the third largest independent publisher in the US and Europe.

acuAssassin’s Creed has sold 73 million copies since its inception way back in 2007. Coming in at second is the fun party game Just Dance franchise with a very respectable 48 million and Splinter Cell coming in third with a commendable 30 million sold. The other just as great franchises including Rainbow Six, Ghost Recon, Rayman and Princes of Persia round out the bases.
