We’re in October, and ESA Canada has revealed that Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon was the top-selling game in Canada for August 2023 on their updated website. This highlight shows Canadians were ready to suit up in a post-Elden Ring era in this exciting mecha-based combat game. Once again, this is an endeavour by ESA Canada and marketing research firm Circana (formerly known as the NPD Group).
This month’s top-selling games only include two recent releases from August, including Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon and Madden NFL 24. The other top spots maintaining their placement in the top ten include other 2023 games, including Diablo 4, Hogwarts Legacy, MLB The Show 23, Pikmin 4, Remnant 2, and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
The full list of the top 10 selling video games in Canada for August 2023 includes:
