Beginning this fall, Apple Arcade arrives on iPhones, iPads, Macs, and Apple TV and offers a suite of premium game titles for a monthly subscription. Apple’s describing these games as exclusive titles made for Apple devices alone, you cannot find these elsewhere. Apple is not only working with studios on development but assures games are playable offline and feature no advertisements or in-app purchases – premium titles.

In a video presented on stage, creators like Charles Cecil, Hironobu Sakaguchi, and Denis Mikan spoke about the opportunities only available because of their partnership with Apple and how it allows them to chance to bring original and premium titles to iOS.

As for how much this costs? Apple did not specify the pricing for Apple Arcade, which launches this fall.

Many games revealed during the Apple event certainly caught my eye. As a longtime fan of Hironobu Sakaguchi, I’m excited about his new project for iOS.
